Blackmoon expects the close ties to enable them working together with the network of attorneys, experts for international compliance and international tax law, accountants and financial advisors on the ETx, which is planned to be directly linked to Dr. Werner & Partner’s client base.

Blackmoon, a blockchain investment platform, issues branded ETxs on behalf of its partners in order to incentivise traders and speculators to take the risk in the market, by offering them a fungible financial product to arbitrage for profit — further adding bids and provides to a security token offering (STO) that would otherwise not exist. Blackmoon swears this practice effectively creates a balanced and stable price.
