AcrossLimits Ltd and the 3CL Foundation in Malta have signed a collaboration agreement that enhances the exchange of information and provision of support between the two organisations. The Memorandum of Understanding dates to May 2021, with representatives Mrs Angele Giuliano from AcrossLimits, and Dr Alex Grech from 3CL leading the cooperation and being the respective contact points for the endeavour.
The collaboration crystallises the mutual interest of Across Limits and 3CL in emerging technologies and innovative approaches to education, 21st century skills and training. AcrossLimits has operated as a leading SME in Innovation, Technology, and European Opportunities for the past twenty years, with various projects running horizontally on an international level. The 3CL Foundation acts as a knowledge hub for a global network of experts in education and technology (EdTech). Both organisations bring together international groups, agencies, institutions, educators, and activists interested in programmes for connected learning within the EU and beyond. Their joint portfolio of business development, EU opportunities, applied and interdisciplinary research, and knowledge brokerage, amongst others, places them as strong consultants and players in the field.
The two organisations will develop research proposals to European and international funding programmes while focusing on driving technology and innovation research projects to development. Many companies, especially early-stage start-ups, are experiencing challenges raising the capital needed for further development. AcrossLimits and 3CL will place European programmes at the forefront of financial vehicles, enabling firms to acquire non-dilutive funding and partnerships through collaborative projects. They will also assist organisations to bring new concepts to market while supporting sustainable growth.
This collaboration between the two entities is part of a growing effort to reach business and harmonise research on a European and international level. Many industries not only benefit but also require collaboration with multiple stakeholders to be successful in their ventures. The joint endeavour supports efforts to create a pan-European economy through the integration of international markets.
