Andrew Morgan was appointed Managing Director of Affinity Management Services, replacing founder Patricia Slavin in the position, according to a press statement issued by the company.

Ms Slavin will remain a dedicated member of the Board of Directors, complemented by Chris Stewart and Mike Lightfoot (non-Executive), with Mr Morgan leading the company.

“Having been with Affinity for over ten years Mr Morgan has been instrumental in the development of both the Isle of Man and Malta offices,” the press statement says. The company expects further growth, fuelled by the new director’s knowledge, expertise and client network.

“I am delighted to have been promoted to the position of Managing Director. My objective in the role is to continue to grow the business and oversee a new strategic direction while honouring the core principles which have stood us well over the past 15 years,” says Mr Morgan.
