APS Bank’s Management Development Programme is geared at developing the critical business abilities needed to achieve high performance leadership. The Programme is designed to allow the management team to develop their core skills in a structured, highly personalised way that addresses their specific development needs.

In addition to competency training, the Programme has been enhanced with curated modules covering Mental Health Awareness, Managing Staff Remotely, Embracing an Agile Mindset and Assessing and Grading Behavioural Competencies. New modules are introduced every year capturing current management issues and needs. The recently held Senior Management Annual Offsite is a highlight of the Programme as it brings the team together to focus on various topics to align with the Bank’s strategy.

Elaine Calleja, Head of Career Development commented that “As the work environment evolves, so does our training programme. We are committed to staff development and understand how crucial it is for our management team to provide mentoring, quality feedback and guidance to their colleagues”.
