Angler Gaming puts CEO on director board

Thomas Kalita, CEO of Angler Gaming, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the company, according to a press statement by Angler Gaming. The CEO fills a casual vacancy that has arisen due to the unfortunate passing of David Gray.

The board believes that the CEO formally taking an active part in the company’s strategic decisions and sharing responsibility in decisions will reinforce the Angler Gaming’s agility and strategy implementation process while strengthening corporate governance. Such an approach is the prevailing practice in Malta, the company says.

“I am excited to take on this additional responsibility and to continue serving the Company’s interests in this challenging and important dual role,” said Mr Kalita.

The members of the board, including the newly-appointed director, serve until the next Annual General Meeting and intend to stand for re-election.
