The tool is part of Antes’ strategy to deliver a better and more straightforward customer experience for its insurance clients. Their Better and Beyond strategy aims to modernise insurance and create a better and easier-to-understand insurance model for more successful relationships locally and abroad.

Mark Spiteri, Corporate & Advisory General Manager, said, “The launch of our BOV travel claims portal shows our commitment to constantly improving our service offering to our clients. This project forms part of a long line of improvements we’re working towards an inclusive, supportive, and easier way to approach insurance in Malta.”

The new portal can be accessed by visiting https://claimsportal.antes.mt. Anyone who wishes to learn more about Antes or wants to contact the team can visit: antes.mt
