APS Bank branches to open late for staff training

The Malta Business Weekly

As from 26th October 2021 and on every other Tuesday, all APS Bank branches will be opening for business at 10:00 instead of the usual 8:30. Business opening hours on all other days and at Head Office functions, including Contact Centre, remain unchanged.

This innovative move marks yet again the commitment of APS Bank to the professional development of its staff while placing it at the heart of the customer experience in the community. Aaron Mifsud, Head of Retail stated: “We firmly believe in the need to invest in our employees’ continued learning and development. These ‘Training Tuesdays’ are being tried over the coming months and, if successful, may be established on a permanent basis. We see these sessions as an opportunity to make our teams stronger and help them grow in their careers.”

Please visit the Bank’s opening hours page on the website for the latest updates.
