Our aim is to provide customers with the best possible service

Bank of Valletta is the leading provider of home loans in Malta. It serves around 25,000 households through home loans for a total value of €2.7 billion. This amounts to around 40% of the total for the country.

The Bank has at this point in time no intention to change any of the terms and conditions on its home loan products. The Bank continues to believe in the strength and sustainability of the residential real estate sector in Malta. It has recently amplified its home loan product offering through a digital portal to enhance customer experience and agility of service. The Bank remains funded by a strong deposit and capital base.

Going forward, the bank will continue to monitor the state of the residential real estate sector, movements in interest rates and its funding resources, as well as possible changes in regulatory requirements in determining its policies with respect to home loans and other products. It will keep its customers duly informed of any developments as may be needed from time to time.
