Bay Street Group has launched a new corporate website aimed at shedding light on the group’s developments and the ambitions of the people behind it.

The website, which was designed and developed by The Concept Stadium, was launched in November 2021.

Built on the same three pillars as the Bay Street Group itself: Retail, Hospitality and Food & Beverage, the new website reflects the journey that the group has embarked on in the past years and months. In fact www.baystreetgroup.com.mt, is a detailed account of how the Group has taken one of the most challenging times in its existence, and turned it into a time of focus, regrouping and ultimately opportunities.

“The Covid downtime has proved to be extremely challenging for all the economy, but especially so, for those of us operating in the Retail, Hospitality and the F&B sectors” says Albert Galea, Bay Street Group CEO. “As a Group, we refused to wait for the storm to be over – quite the opposite, we took the opportunity of the slower times to sow the seeds of growth, including opening a new 5-star hotel – The Hyatt Regency Malta, and which seeds are already bearing fruit” he said.

During the past months, Bay Street Group has carried out an unprecedented €14 million investment in the Bay Street Shopping Complex, that was officially re-inaugurated in June 2021. This included the re-positioning of Malta’s foremost and most loved shopping complex which has since been developing into a fully-fledged family destination, offering a variety of dining, entertainment experiences as well as shopping.

The new Bay Street Group website also provides aspiring individuals who wish to join the group as employees, with the latest employment opportunities with the group as well as the Group’s emphasis that “we consider our people as part of our asset base”; concluded Mr. Galea.
