Recognizing the efforts and rewarding the results of BNF Bank employees is a significant part of BNF’s culture. From the way it supports its employees’ development and career goals, to the culture and conduct practices established across the Bank, BNF believes that a key focus of recognition is to make employees feel appreciated and valued.

With no exception in 2020 amidst the number of challenges, employees to the various posts in the bank were awarded during a BNF virtual ceremony, based on the evaluation of performance, nominations by peers and endorsement by management.
