Calamatta Cuschieri sponsors Malta’s first Green Bond

ClearFlowPlus plc, a subsidiary of the Water Services Corporation announced the issue of Malta’s very first green bond on Friday 21 July.  

Calamatta Cuschieri, the sponsor, manager and registrar for this bond issue is proud of its association with this key milestone in Malta’s capital markets. The European green deal has underlined the need to better direct finance and capital flow to green investments and green bonds which play an increasingly important role in financing assets for the low-carbon transition.
