Convenient, efficient collection and drop-off of shipments

Both corporate and individual customers of DHL Express have welcomed the opening of a state-of-the-art manned service point and reception at Il-Piazzetta in Sliema.

“Our new DHL Express service point in the heart of Sliema’s commercial district aims to provide the highest levels of service to both our corporate and individual clients, allowing convenient, efficient collection and drop-off of shipments, five days a week, during business hours,” Dimitris Papas, Country Manager, DHL Express Malta, said.

“I am confident that this new service point will make DHL Express’s services more easily available to a whole new clientele,” he added.

This complements the other DHL Express service point at Luqa and no fewer than 16 service lockers (SwipBoxes) strategically located around the islands of Malta.

DHL Express Malta, a wholly owned subsidiary of the DHL Group, has been steadily building its presence in Malta for the past 40 years, through a widening customer base and increased commercial activity, but also through catering for the increased needs of a developing e-commerce sector.
