Elmo Insurance appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Elmo Insurance Limited has announced the appointment of Anthony Cauchi MBA (Exec), ACII as Chief Operating Officer of the company, effective 1st January 2020. Mr Cauchi has extensive experience in the insurance industry and has worked with Elmo Insurance for the past 25 years. Throughout this period, he worked in various departments and held many senior positions.

With this appointment, Elmo Insurance Ltd strengthens its position in the market as a respected and forward looking company linked to global and financially strong reinsurers through the commitment of an experienced and qualified staff.

Anthony Cauchi is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and also possesses an Executive MBA from the University of Malta. He is an active member of the Malta Insurance Association and currently occupies the position of Chairman of the Motor Insurance Sector.

Throughout his career, Mr Cauchi has worked to ensure that Elmo Insurance maintained quality service, establishing and implementing organisational standards. He has assisted in building the company’s image through close collaboration with customers, the local regulator, and the company’s greatest asset, its employees.
