HSBC Malta have just launched their annual Student Campaign, offering all students who intend to continue their studies after 16 years of age, an HSBC Student Account that comes with a cashback offer and the chance to participate in a competition with some great prizes to be won.
Starting from 3 June and running till the end of October 2024, all Students who open an HSBC Student Account and arrange to have their first stipend deposited to their account will receive a €60 cashback to welcome them on board.
Additionally, newly onboarded students during the campaign period, will also automatically enter a competition with the chance of winning some great prizes during a final, fun filled, event in which 10 lucky students will be drawn to participate. The event will be held at the newly refurbished HSBC’s Innovation Hub in Qormi.
HSBC student account is available to all full-time students up to the age of 30 studying in Malta or abroad at secondary or tertiary level. Students will benefit from competitive interest rates, easy access to their accounts via desktop or smartphone, a contactless debit card which allows payments and cash withdrawals worldwide. All this without any monthly fees.
Opening a Student Account has become a much simpler process with students starting the process online and then visiting a branch to finalise the applications during a short appointment.
HSBC Malta Chief Executive Officer Geoffrey Fichte said: “Our Student Account is a testament to HSBC Malta’s deep commitment to supporting the academic journey of young scholars. Education is a critical investment for the future, and we are proud to provide banking solutions that address the unique needs of these future professionals.”
