Improved experience on myAPS internet and mobile banking

The latest version of myAPS (version 22), has been released, introducing a host of improvements to the myAPS internet and mobile banking platform.

Highlighted enhancements include:

  • Debit card management: order Debit Cards directly from your myAPS mobile app.
  • Term Deposit Accounts: open your account from your myAPS mobile app.
  • Enhanced ‘Settings’ page: activate the ‘Shake to hide balance’ feature, add cards to your virtual wallet and access essential legal documentation, from the upgraded settings menu.
  • Improved device management: enjoy added security and control over your banking experience by viewing and deactivating unused, active devices linked to your accounts.
  • Standing order modifications: modify standing orders you have created, directly from your mobile device.
  • Rename account:  make selecting the correct account simpler by creating and editing the names of your accounts.
  • Tiered interest rate information: find more comprehensive details on your Current, Student and Virtual accounts with tiered interest rates.
  • Enhanced P2M notifications: activate P2M payment notifications in the push notification section.
  • Simplified payments: send payments immediately after logging in, by selecting your preferred payment method in the new ‘Payments’ menu, now found in the mobile screen footer.

Gordon Gilford, Head of Electronic Channels stated, “These enhancements to myAPS are part of a wider programme of upgrades planned for release later this year, as we continue to strive to provide a seamless banking experience for our personal and corporate customers.”
