Maltese job board jobsinmalta.com celebrates its third anniversary today, according to a press statement sent to Business Malta. Jobsinmalta.com is an integrated job board connecting job seekers with employers.

“As in previous years, we have continued to improve our service, which has included ensuring that each client has a dedicated Account Manager. In addition, we now also increase the visibility of jobs that receive less than ten applications,” said Natasha Incorvaja, Client Relations Manager of jobsinmalta.com. “The result of this has delivered a 39% increase in website traffic and the number of clients advertising has also increased by 29% since 2018 to over 2,690 employers,” Ms Incorvaja adds.

According to Ms Incorvaja, the progressive growth of the portal is fuelled by its customer service accompanied continuous enhancements to the portal. In fact, such enhancements have just reached a 1,000 milestone with the developers of Preeo Studios.

“We have been using Jobs In Malta’s services since 2016 and they are extremely responsive in helping us source the best candidates,” said Stephanie Cacopardo, Senior HR Executive at Melita, which was one of the first clients of the job board. “Recently, they have made a number of changes to their website, reaching out to a wider range of audience. Their portal is very easy to use, we simply upload the vacancy and within a few hours this is advertised on multiple channels,” she added.

“Due to Melita’s continued success and growth, we are constantly on the look-out for candidates who want to succeed and grow within our organisation. Jobsinmalta.com help us in this by targeting specific audiences according to the role requirements.” Ms Cacopardo concluded.
