Matthew Zerafa has been appointed chief executive officer of the Housing Authority, the government said.
He replaces Leonid McKay, who was named as the CEO of the Responsible Use of Cannabis Authority.
In a statement, the social affairs ministry said that Zerafa is an International Relations graduate from the University of Malta and read for a Masters in Security and Intelligence in the UK, where he specialised in enforcement in public entities in Malta.
