Universal Air is announcing its new winter schedule for 2024/2025, featuring a selection of routes that provide passengers with convenience, comfort, and quality throughout the winter season.
The winter schedule will commence on 29 October and run through to 31 March 2025. The Mediterranean carrier based in Malta will continue to serve its European and North African markets, including Pécs, Munich, Nice, Palermo and Tripoli. With optimised flight timings and a streamlined schedule, Universal Air remains committed to ensuring travellers enjoy a seamless travel experience. The airline’s weekend and weekday services are designed to maximise convenience while maintaining the highest standards.
Simon Cook, CEO at Universal Air, says: “We are excited to continue these popular routes for our winter schedule. Looking at our extensive networks across the Mediterranean and Northern Africa, we are committed to delivering cost-effective, comfortable services for our business and leisure passengers.”
Universal Air has temporarily paused summer services to select destinations, including Salerno, Ibiza, and Corfu. However, these routes will return with Universal Air’s summer schedule in 2025 welcoming travellers back to popular holiday spots. This strategic adjustment allows the Mediterranean carrier to focus on high-demand routes during the winter months.
Notable changes in Universal Air’s winter schedule include:
- Extra flights to Tripoli due to popular demand with flights operating 3 times a week every, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
- Frequent connections between Malta and Palermo, three times a week every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Frequent connections between Malta and Nice, three times a week every Sunday, Monday and Thursday for weekend and business travel.
- Services to Pécs will continue to operate at a reduced frequency to twice a week.
