APS Bank staff member breaks new ground as first Certified Customer Experience Professional

Scott Lee Holloway, Voice of the Customer Manager, recently became the first recipient of the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) credential in the Maltese Islands. The CCXP, issued by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), is the most globally recognised customer experience certification in the industry that evaluates an individual’s experience, knowledge, skills, and competency based on job-related criteria.

Liana DeBattista, Chief Strategy Officer at APS Bank commented, “Achieving such certification is quite an accomplishment, and an attestation to our continued investment in a customer-first strategy and the training and development of our employees. Scott leads our Voice of the Customer Team and we are truly proud of his achievement and his consistent efforts to improve our customer experience.”
