Evolve Management Limited has been set up to incorporate Evolve and the recently acquired Tua Engineering firm. It has also announced the appointment of a dynamic new leadership team to transform the science-led business with an even stronger focus on customer satisfaction.

The team will actively promote the culture, values and purpose of Evolve as well as overseeing the launch and growth of new, exciting and effective ways of serving its customers in the scientific, medical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The company’s founder Christopher Busuttil Delbridge becomes Chief Visionary Officer, with Fiona Mallia as Chief Digital Officer. Martina Zammit will serve as Chief Financial Officer, Ritianne Schembri as Chief Operations Officer, and John Montanaro as Chief Commercial Officer.

Mr Busuttil Delbridge said: ‘The breadth of experience, the leadership qualities and values of our new management team give me a high degree of confidence in our ability to lead Evolve through the next phase of our strategic journey.

‘As Malta’s fastest-growing science company we have a key role to play in supporting scientists and championing the potential that exist in the industries we serve, not only in Malta but across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

‘This is an exciting time as we enter a new chapter for Evolve. The world of science is facing a series of challenges. It will be our priority to make sure we are ready to meet these challenges, driven by quality and a great customer experience.

‘I am confident our new team will not only ensure Evolve is performing at its best, but it will also look into further expansion and development opportunities.’

Providing a great customer experience is clearly working. Since 2019, the Luqa-based supplier of laboratory equipment and lab design consultancy has enjoyed incredible growth.

It built the first EU-GMP pharmaceutical lab in Ghana, developed the first-ever medical cannabis facility in Malta, equipped the largest forensics labs in Dubai, supported Malta’s first adventure into space, and recently announced the acquisition of Marsa-based water treatment specialists Tua Engineering.

The Evolve founder added: ‘Our brand is synonymous with quality and enjoys a respected reputation in the science industry, both at home and abroad. Our aim is to continue to grow the business to win over a greater share of the market, while ensuring a world-class customer experience.’
