The Board of Directors of GAP Group plc has announced that Justin Cutajar, the Chief Financial Officer of the company, has resigned from his post with effect from 3 June.
The role of Chief Financial Officer of the company was taken over by Keith Fenech with effect from 4 June.
Mr Fenech graduated in accountancy from the University of Malta in 2003 and obtained a Masters in Financial Services from the University of Malta in 2016. He also holds a Practising Certificate in Auditing.
Keith started his career with a medium sized audit firm where he spent 10 years and has since occupied the role of Group Financial Controller with a group operating in the food and beverage industry, and more recently, the role of Managing Director of a group of companies that is licensed by the MFSA to provide fiduciary and corporate services.
The Board of Directors thanked Mr Cutajar for his service to the company and welcomed Mr Fenech to his new responsibilities.
