It’s out with the old and in with the new in 2021 for the fastest-growing real estate agency in Gozo. Gozo Prime has gone through a whole rebranding, including a new logo and restructuring of a new website which is way more user-friendly and engaging.

Gozo Prime’s managing director Dr Nathon Abela said: “The company was set up by my father more than 30 years ago, so it’s very much a loved and cherished family business, but we both agreed that the time was right to take things to a new level.

“I am excited about the new year and the new look for Gozo Prime. Now is the perfect time to launch our new corporate brand identity, redesigned logo and website. While our name remains the same, our branding and website have changed significantly to better represent who we are and what we bring to the property market for our clients in 2021. Our new identity is both modern and professional, two words we use to describe not only our image but also the solutions we provide to customers looking for their new dream home.”

The Victoria-based estate agency has been working closely with digital marketing firm Keen Ltd on the new brand image and to ensure that the new website would better serve customers on their home buying, selling and renting journeys.

Dr Abela added: “As well as a great new brand identity, Keen provided us with a website that offers users a clean modern look, simple navigation structure and user-friendly functions with a traditional touch. Far from changing who we are, our new website is about amplifying what we do best. We are excited to enter this next chapter of growth and are looking to the future.”

The website can easily be navigated through a multitude of devices and will be updated on a daily basis with news of new homes, luxury properties, modern apartments and traditional townhouses for sale or rent in Gozo. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website and sign up for Gozo Prime’s weekly property newsletter.

Over the decades, Gozo Prime has established a diverse portfolio of real estate properties available to both Maltese and international clients. From residential to commercial, the real estate agency has properties all over Gozo and Malta, each with a character and setting of its own.
