Jerome Estate Agency launched

The Malta Business Weekly

Jerome Mamo is the founder of the company who  left Simon Mamo Real Estate and has set up alone. The franchising model is being used with only the most highly qualified franchise owners and estate agents in the industry have been selected. We are going for quality over quantity.

During the height of the pandemic the company was born. The timing, unfortunately, was not ideal due to the circumstances with all the world on lockdown. The advantage was that the company structure, policies , property management system and website are now of a higher quality as more time went into them.  In previous years due to the economic boom in the last 10 years this would not have been possible.

We are trying to position ourselves as an agency for the people by employing genuine, down to earth  people who do one week training at our in house academy. Our aim to change the perception of the industry from negative to positive.

We are the first real estate agency in Malta to :

  • 1. You can rate our company and the service you received
  • 2. You can rate your estate agent and the quality of service they provided
  • 3. We are the first estate agency to commit 5 % of its profits to charity
  • 4. Price match with any competitor offering you the best value for money

Our first office is located at 386, Zabbar Road, Fgura which franchise is owned by Kris Bugeja who has six years experience in the industry. Has has a team of 15 people on sales, letting and commercial and naturally due to Covid-19 they mainly work remotely.
