Setting new standards for the short-let rental market.

Zzzing has secured a three year Platinum partnership agreement with the Malta Developers Association. Malta’s fast-growing start-up in the property management & hospitality sector, Zzzing continues to progress rapidly with a clear vision mapped out for 2021 which includes collaborations with stakeholders representing a variety of industries and a nation-wide campaign intended to highlight how the management of short-let rentals can be a game-changer.

This strategic partnership with Zzzing will help the industry to understand better how to maximise on PropTech.  Proptech is digitally transforming real estate and it allows one to do things better, faster, more efficiently and be more customer driven.  Landlords will have access to an innovative online platform which gives property owners a 24×7 real-time picture of the potential and performance of their property whilst facilitating customized client request and property management.  This is our first initiative in PropTech and it is indeed a pleasure to be teaming up with such an innovative local start-up.”, Director General, Dr Marthese Portelli said.

Almost 12 months into the COVID-19 pandemic people are very much testing the waters when it comes to travel. While the short-let market can be a lucrative business, managing a short let especially in this turbulent time, is a skilled practice and one cannot underestimate the amount of time and expertise required to find, manage and support guests while ensuring that cleaning and sanitization protocols developed by leading health and hospitality experts are practiced throughout.

Our collection of Zzzing services covering all short-let requirements together with our very attractive 100% commission based partner model gives property owners the opportunity to achieve maximum potential of their investments without lifting a finger and this is what we are excited to present to members of the Malta Developers Association and owners of properties which have short-let potential’ Reno Scerri, CEO of Zzzing commented.

Labelled as the biggest disruptor in the travel industry, the short-stay sector has boomed over the past decade. Headquartered in the Maltese islands, Zzzing’s fast-growing portfolio which includes holiday rental homes, apartments and other unique places to stay, will help accelerate Malta’s tourism recovery while give property owners of short-rentals the opportunity to attract a stable revenue thanks to their expertise in dynamic pricing, marketing, technology and hospitality.

“The future of travel will continue to be fueled by technology and this is why we are excited to equip MDA members with the insight and expertise to be able to understand the true potential of their properties and developments as part of the tourism arena. Our state-of-the art Property Owner Dashboard gives property owners a 24×7 real-time picture of the potential and performance of their property while our Guest Concierge App bridges the gap between the privacy and comfort of a short-term rental and the services inspired by five star hotels. We are excited to start to deliver information sessions and one to one consultations with members of the Malta Developers Association and do our part to help Malta’s tourism industry thrive.” – Reno Scerri – CEO, Zzzing
