Melita Limited has restructured its sales team, making several new senior appointments, as it continues to meet increasing demand and changing expectations from customers. The new structure allows elements of the team to focus on establishing new relationships and developing existing, whilst others focus on the implementation of executional excellence.

Simon Baldacchino Barthet, Senior Sales Manager at Melita Limited, said, “We’ve created two distinct groups within our revamped sales team, what we call ‘the builders and the boosters’; this new structure gives our team the opportunity to focus on those areas of the business development process where their skills lie, and that engage them the most. Consequently, Melita can offer even faster and better responses to our customers’ needs.  Most of the team have been with Melita for many years and it’s great to see them develop into leaders for the future, taking on roles in, among others, data analysis and strategy development as well as retail, digital and telesales.”

Jacqueline Abela, Head of Human Resources at Melita Limited, said, “Melita works hard to ensure our employees are able to develop their skills and progress within the company. Our investment in people has proved successful not only in helping employees fulfil their potential but also in delivering a continuously improving customer experience. While congratulating everyone in the team on their new appointments, I have every confidence that they will all excel in their new roles.”
