Concept4x

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of Concept4x which has an internet presence at https://concept4x.com/Concept4x claims to be “one of the world’s fastest growing and best Forex trading platform”.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public that Concept4x is not a Maltese registered Company nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any forex trading services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. Furthermore, information available to the MFSA suggests that Concept4x is likely to be a scheme of dubious nature with a high risk of loss of money. The public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the above-mentioned entity.

Livia Options

The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA” or “the Authority”) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of Livia Options or LvO Ltd which has an internet presence at https://liviaoptions.com/. Livia Options is promoting the service of forex trading and claims to hold a Category 3 Investment Services Licence.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that Livia Options or LvO Ltd is NOT a Maltese registered Company NOR licenced or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any forex trading services or other financial services which are required to be licenced or otherwise authorised under Maltese law. Furthermore, information available to the MFSA suggests that Livia Options or LvO Ltd is likely to be a scheme of dubious nature with a high risk of loss of money. The public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the above-mentioned entity.

Arb Signals Ltd

The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA” or “the Authority”) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of Arb Signals Ltd which has an internet presence at https://arbitly.io/. Arb Signals Ltd claims to be an “Arbitrage Trading Platform with aim to get rid of the remarkable market problems that have lingered for long in the crypto exchanges…”

The Authority would like to inform the public in Malta and abroad, that Arb Signals Ltd is NOT a Maltese registered Company NOR licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any VFA related services or any other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.

The MFSA would like to remind consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator. Financial regulations obliges licensed businesses to comply with strict legal requirements in the interest of investors and the markets. The activities of unlicensed entities are unregulated making transactions with such entities risky for consumers.
