The National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) has re-certified Melita Limited, awarding its Equality Mark to the company for a further three years. The re-certification is based on Melita’s ongoing commitment to implement policies and practices, particularly in the area of gender equality and family-friendly measures at the workplace and in the access to and provision of goods and services.

Jacqueline Abela, Head of Human Resources at Melita Limited, said, “Melita was first certified by the NCPE in 2010. Over the past decade society has constantly evolved and this formal recognition shows that Melita has continued to adapt its policies and practices to these changes. Thanks also to the new opportunities of advancing technology and improved connectivity, we have been able to provide employees with the tools and flexibility they need to work in a way that best suits their own personal circumstances.”
