Mapfre Middlesea and Mapfre MSV Life, both members of the Mapfre Group, recently launched a new website which will house both companies under one virtual roof. The website aims to provide an aesthetically pleasing and fresh looking portal, with a faster and more user-friendly interface that makes it easier for visitors to access its main functions. The fact that both Mapfre Middlesea and Mapfre MSV Life now have a common online presence also makes it more convenient for the consumer to access both companies’ online services.
“The launch of this new website falls within our digitalisation strategy and is a major step forward for both companies to be recognised as forming part the Mapfre Group in Malta”, said Javier Moreno, CEO of Mapfre Middlesea. He added that “Mapfre Middlesea and MAPFRE MSV Life have been the protagonists of Malta’s insurance business sector for more than 40 years. Both companies have seen and been through many changes, all the while adapting to new trends and developments in the insurance needs of the Maltese consumer”.
The new website marks an important development in the way the Group approaches the marketing of its services. Etienne Sciberras, CEO of Mapfre MSV Live stated that “Thanks to this new website, clients and prospective customers will now find it easier to service their insurance requirements – be they related to life, home, motor, or any other policy – in a one-stop-shop environment which provides information and the possibilility to buy insurance online”.
