Malta Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that once again Sotheby’s International Realty has cemented its position as a leader in luxury real estate with the release of its 2022 brand performance statistics.
“In 2022 our clients put their trust in the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and the brand’s performance throughout the year shows their instincts were right,” says Malta Sotheby’s International Realty Director and Joint Owner Michael Zammit.
2022 was a year of market shifts and changes, however, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand remained focused and a dominant figure within the luxury real estate market across the globe, with the brand reporting $167 Billion in Global Sales Volume for 2022.
“These phenomenal results are a testament to the experience, stability, and the strength of our network with 26,000 sales associates, in more than 1,000 offices spanning 81 countries and territories worldwide. Our clients know that when they choose to affiliate themselves with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, they are not just listing their property on the market but also giving it the attention, it deserves,” continues Zammit.
Malta Sotheby’s International Realty has been a leading presence in Malta since 2013, and will this year be celebrating its tenth year of representing the most prestigious properties on the island.
“Our dedication to our clients and the properties we represent is evident in the service that we provide. We realise that we are at the centre of our client’s white glove experience with the Sotheby’s brand, and that our role is more than just that of an agent, but also as a partner in uniting extraordinary homes with extraordinary people, explains Zammit.
Zammit goes on to say, “Our knowledge and our expertise in the luxury real estate sphere is what sets us a cut above the rest, having successfully curated some of the island’s most affluent and prestigious properties, delivering our client’s phenomenal results time after time.”
2022 saw Malta Sotheby’s International Realty successfully sell one of the island’s most expensive properties. “Last year was a personal record-breaking year for Malta Sotheby’s International Realty a trend we are determined to see through 2023 as we continue to grow from strength to strength each year,” concludes Zammit.
