Minister Dalli highlighted a number of measures that the Maltese government introduced over the past years in order to promote equality between women and men. She explained that the introduction of these measures was possible thanks to the support of Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, who has promoted equality and women’s emancipation in his politics, the DOI press release notes.
