The Convenience Shop, in collaboration with James Caterers, are announcing a significant donation of €100,550 to the Puttinu Cares Foundation.

This remarkable contribution was raised during a recent social event, where guests, stakeholders, and organisations came together to support the foundation’s invaluable work in assisting cancer patients and their families.

The funds were generated through the collective efforts and generosity of attendees who actively participated in the charity fundraising activities. Their unwavering support and dedication have made a tangible difference in the lives of those facing the challenges of cancer treatment.

In addition to this substantial donation, The Convenience Shop will be unveiling the profits generated from their dedicated store in Qormi in the coming weeks. All profits from the operations of this store are earmarked for donation to the Puttinu Foundation, furthering the commitment to support cancer patients and their families throughout their medical journeys abroad.

Andrew Attard, Executive Assistant to the Directors at The Convenience Shop, expressed his gratitude for the community’s support, stating: “We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming generosity demonstrated by all who contributed to this fundraising effort. Together with James Caterers, we are honoured to support the Puttinu Cares Foundation and its mission to provide vital assistance to cancer patients and their families. This donation reflects our shared commitment to making a positive impact in our community.”

The Convenience Shop and James Caterers extend their deepest appreciation to everyone who participated in making this donation possible. Together, they remain steadfast in their dedication to supporting the Puttinu Cares Foundation and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
