Scout Gaming Group has partnered up with Française des Jeux (FDJ) on integrating their technology platforms as well as launching a co-offering, according to a press statement.

The companies expect their integration to generate material income in future years. Scout Gaming’s long-term revenue is dependent on how many customers playing Scout Gaming games, and to what extent these players will use the products.

“I’m very pleased to enter into this agreement,” said Andreas Ternstrom, CEO of Scout Gaming Group. “FDJ is a leading WLA operator and one of the dominating gaming companies in the world. This agreement should be looked upon as groundbreaking for Scout Gaming,” he added.

FDJ is the national lottery and the French leader in gambling and entertainment. In 2018 it had 25 million players, conducting more than 30,000 points of sale and employing a staff of 2,300. FDJ collected €15.8b in stakes, the digital space having a share of 15%, as the press release says.
