On 31 May, JCI Malta will be hosting an online training session on negotiation and behavioural intelligence delivered by renowned American trainer and businessman, Jay Johnson.
Although people often think of boardrooms, suits, and million-Euro deals when they hear the word ‘negotiation’, the truth is that we negotiate all the time. From deciding where to eat with a group of friends, asking for a promotion, or selecting a preferred vendor for your business, these are all situations that involve negotiating.
This workshop takes a unique approach and applies the philosophy of behavioural intelligence in negotiations. Participants will gain an understanding of the techniques and behavioural tactics of negotiation, which tools to use during a negotiation, and what strategies to prepare for a negotiation outcome where both sides will be happy to collaborate again.
The training session will be delivered by Jay Johnson, who is a JCI USA member and the founder and CEO of Coeus Creative Group, a Michigan-based company that focuses on behavioural intelligence to drive marketing results and improve human performance. He is a renowned keynote speaker and has given TEDx talks on behavioural intelligence.
